My Exact Skincare Routine
My long awaited skincare routine is here! This is my current morning and evening routine that I do to keep my skin healthy and glowing.
Hello lovely people
My number 1 question that I get asked is “what is your skincare routine” well… I’m here to share all the details.
First I want to say, I think 50% of skincare is internal and 50% is external (that’s not a real statistic, I made it up) but over the years I’ve learned that what I put in my body is just as important as what I put ON my body!
I also want to say I have been having regular appointments with my esthetician, Madi at Mad Skin for almost 2 years. We usually do a stronger peel, dermaplaning, lipid mask, and red light at my appointments but I have also had microneedling done a few times also! I HIGHLY encourage you to make an appointment if you can! I see her about every 6 weeks.
*Side note*
I did actually go to school for health & wellness and have a certificate in holistic nutrition, aroma therapy, and herbalism! Maybe a post on this soon?
